“A definite must see! The people who work here go above and beyond and were so helpful when we had popped 2 tires and needed a place to stay while we waited for our new tires to arrive. The rooms are super cute and clean, and I loved the DVD and book selection they have for you to borrow while you stay. The little restaurant they have is absolutely amazing, breakfast all day and a scrumptious bison burger on the menu as well! Thank you, Scottie and Diane, for making our experience so wonderful and a trip we will remember for a lifetime!”

“Really enjoyed our stay at the lodge! The staff were welcoming and accommodating even though we arrived a little bit later in the evening. The rooms are brand new with brand new beds and all the work was professionally done. We are in the middle of moving to Alaska from the lower 48 and appreciated how nice and clean everything was! The food was excellent;
try the bison burger with pan fries!”
-Kyle
“I stayed here on my way from the lower 48 to Alaska and was happily surprised by what I found after checking in. The room I stayed in has recently been updated and had a new bed that was extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was absolutely fabulous. Water pressure isn't something I would normally comment on in a hotel review but after driving so long the high pressure is truly most magnificent thing I've ever experienced. Overall, I was highly impressed with my stay here and genuinely had no complaints.
I would absolutely recommend it.”

“Great place to stay, favorite stop on the whole trip. No TV but a great selection of movies and books to keep you occupied. The food was excellent and the owners and staff are super friendly and great to talk to!!!! Would definitely stay here again.”
-Carly
“The owners and staff were really sweet. The rooms are awesome. The looks of the rooms are no way related to the looks of the lodge from outside. They have dvds and books for time pass as it is purely off the grid.
Just staying in this lodge, is an experience.
Dont miss it.”
-Devipriya
“Highly recommend the bison burger, we stopped on a whim and had to go back the next day for more, the drive from the hot springs was well worth it. The pie and ice cream were an excellent treat to round out the meal! (Don't put any ketchup on your burger, just have it as it comes.
It is so delicious!”
